Zest for Life Pilates is run by Elanor Wallis-Scott and is based in London. Zest For Life offers individualized Pilates classes to a high standard either in groups or one to one sessions in various locations, in your own home or place of work.
What is Pilates?
Pilates can be challenging enough for top athletes but also gentle enough for those needing rehabilitating after an injury. It is a complete mind/body form of exercise developing body awareness and posture. It also effectively stabilizes, stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles creating a streamlined, strong, mobile and relaxed but perfectly held body.
Pilates is a physiological approach to movement and not just a set of exercises.
